Mind: Power house of negatives and positives

Science and MeditationSensory ConsciousnessAwakening of Consciousness

21st June has been declared as World Yoga Day and the whole world emulates India to reach the domain of health prosperity and salubriousness. Yoga and Pranayama being practiced around the world are originated from our sacred land.The benefits of Yoga, Pranayama and other meditational techniques are referred to in the Chapter six of Bhagavad Gita.

In the present stage of world, umpteen numbers of meditation techniques are imparted to the people at meditation centres. The main aim of meditation is to obliterate every defilement of mind and cleanse it thereby viewing one’s real identity. Purification of mind from all complexes like, greed, lust, anger, animosity and other malicious instincts enable a person to get connected with the Almighty and refrain from all materialistic windows of life. People have experienced such euphoria during the meditation practices by deracinating negative complexes.

Pranayama not only extirpates the inner defilement but also cures a person from many diseases. Pranayama is a divine exercise which purifies lungs and enables a person to use the lungs to the optimum. Sadly, we only use 30% of its capacity and do not use our lungs to fullest of its capableness. The adherence to the science of purification of mind would take a person to the enlightening spiritual knowledge.
So, why this denial of the existence of Supreme and carry a perception that Bhagavad Gita is a text from rip van winkle times and does not any carry any relevance today?
Presence of truth does not need any proof for its existence. The scientific knowledge of Bhagavad Gita is the only weapon to wipe out destructive instincts from mind that propels commission of a crime.Carrying a vilified mind is like positioning a dynamite that would explode to devastate the place. A combustible mind can cause a conflagration because of the presence of inflammable complexes of mind. By not taming the mind, a person scrambles for fulfillment of desires being oblivious of righteousness. In the wake of failure to own the desire at any cost, a person indulges in a criminal offense.
“Paritranaya Sadhunam; vinashayacha dushkritam;
Dharma sansthapanarthaya ; sambhavmi yuge yuge”

GOD Krishna said “In every era, I appear for the protection of the innocents and destruction of the evil forces”.

The context here is ought to be applied to the police and judiciary respectively for they have been bestowed with the powers to save the people from criminal obnoxious incidents and award stringent punishment to the perpetrators of law.
Police play a prominent role in eliminating crime and ensure safety and security of citizens. Courts, Police are the mainstay in the creation of a civilized society and punitive actions are required to be executed to eradicate crime from the society.
